Cosper wins Roy J. Smith award at chamber banquet | Community News

Previous Killeen Mayor and Condition Consultant Scott Cosper received the Roy J. Smith Award at the 87th once-a-year Better Killeen Chamber of Commerce awards banquet Thursday evening.

Considering that 1991, the chamber has given a prestigious award to just one person for demonstrating lifelong contribution to the neighborhood.
