The Movin’ Mavs wheelchair basketball group will try to defend its countrywide title at property in Arlington as The College of Texas at Arlington plays host to the Countrywide Wheelchair Basketball Association’s National Intercollegiate Wheelchair Basketball Tournament (NIWBT).
Scheduled for March 17-19, the 2022 championship features the nation’s best collegiate wheelchair basketball groups, representing 11 universities throughout 9 states. UTA earlier performed host to the NIWBT in 2011 and 2014.
All games—approximately 30 total—will be held at UTA’s University Park Center (CPC). Admission is cost-free, and game titles also are readily available to observe on a livestream.
